I work at Studio Kynst in Deventer (Overijssel, Netherlands) from wednesdays to saturdays starting at 12:00.
If you're planning on dropping by to discuss your ideas and to make an appointment I prefer making an appointment at the start of my working day as only then I can guarantee I'll have time for you, once I start tattooing I won't always be available.
When making an appointment I ask for a €100 deposit, without this deposit I have no guarantee the appointment is going through so without it your appointment is not set in stone and I won't start drawing yet. The deposit will count towards the total price of the tattoo on the day of the last appointment.
Sometimes you're in a situation where you have to cancel the appointment: this is possible up to 2 days before the tattoo appointment (not the drawing appointment!) without it affecting the deposit but after that it's going to be hard for me to find a replacement and you'll lose your deposit*.
I make a drawing appointment approximately 1 week prior to the tattoo appointment so you get a chance to see your design and I'll have time to make alterations if needed.
* for drawings larger than A4: due to the amount of time needed for the design is the deposit non-refundable from the moment I've started on the design.
